"We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay in this house. The house is grand yet very warm and cozy (the radiant heat floors were divine). We had five couples in our party, and we were all so impressed by the amount of personal space we had. The large gathering rooms where are perfect for eating meals together, enjoying cocktail hour, and a fun fireside game night. Wyatt was so helpful - from helping us learn the ends and outs of the house at check-in, to Mexican restaurant take-out recommendations. Thank you for a fabulous stay! We can't wait to return!"

I was very impressed with both the property and the full-service support we received. They helped arrange an amazing chef that went above and beyond. They chased down our lost luggage! I could not have asked for more.

The main floor is great with a huge kitchen and family area. The views are great from every room and the grounds are well cared for with flat areas for kids to play. Everything was clean and in good working order. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large family or group.

Elk Meadow is honestly one of my favorite mountain homes in Sundance, perfectly laid out to welcome a gang that needs lots of space, but also likes to nest. Light and bright, the house is surrounded by mountain views on all sides. Tastefully furnished from top to bottom, it’s easy to lounge all day and never sit in the same place twice. Huge, comfortable beds, and so many bathrooms that I honestly lost count. Would stay at Elk Meadow again in a heartbeat!

Elk Meadows comfortably fit 3 families (6 adults, 5 kids) with room to spare. The kitchen was well-stocked, the home was beautifully furnished and immaculate. Huge closets, an indoor hot tub, plenty of living space, and a private, serene setting with stunning views of Timpanogos. Sundance ski area was ideal for our mixed crew of beginner and expert skiers, and after a day in Deer Valley, we all couldn't wait to get back to the quieter, more casual, charming, authentic atmosphere at Sundance. Stewart Mtn Lodging were wonderful hosts - responsive, helpful but not intrusive - and they even allowed us to use their private zip-line for a fun adventure with the kids! We've rented homes around the world - Elk Meadows is one of our favorites.

My company recently sponsored a retreat for our sales leadership, using several cabins that we rented through Stewart Mountain Lodging. The staff went out of their way to make sure that the cabin setup was perfect. The cabins themselves were breathtakingly furnished.
We met as a group for training in one of the larger cabins, and there was plenty of room for all 30 of us. We were able to save money overall because we didn't need to rent meeting space, we were able to cook some of our own food, and we had local restaurants deliver the rest. This made the entire event cheaper than using an in-town hotel, with many more opportunities for creating lifetime memories.
We will definitely be back, in fact I'm trying to think of other meetings we hold that could be moved into this idyllic mountain setting. Thanks to all the Stewart Mountain Lodging staff of their meticulous attention to detail and friendly service.

Casual, comfortable, memorable and appreciated more than a conference room in a building somewhere downtown.
This is a beautiful home with an inviting open feel. I loved opening the shades on the windows to see the incredible view of Mt. Timpanogos. The kitchen was spacious and accommodating of our times enjoyed cooking and sharing together. This home is easy to fall in love with. There is plenty of space yet the flow of the home is very connected. I am completely happy with my stay here and I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to visit Sundance.
