Tucked away in the forest, 400 feet from the ski run is a stunning mountain contemporary home and one of the newest remodels in Sundance. It took a creative genius to reconfigure this layout from top to bottom. Bedrooms are all upgraded with ensuite bathrooms, the kitchen was moved up a floor, more games and gathering spaces improved making Black Forest the ultimate mountain getaway. This is a home that all generations will love and appreciate. 

Top Level:

-Fully stocked kitchen (seating for 16 between table and bar)

Because we know you’ll probably have some questions.  Plus, we can share a thing or two about the properties and the local area.  And quite honestly, we’ll have answers for questions that maybe you haven’t even thought about.  

We’re travelers too, so we know it can feel risky when booking a place you’ve never seen before. Because lodging rates can be subjective, wouldn’t it be nice if the person answering your questions on the other end of the phone was just blatantly honest?  (but really nice)
