Sundance, UT- perfect full-time or part-time
So many of our guests inquire and want to learn more about owning and being part of our Sundance community. There are so many reasons to list why we prefer living in Sundance over any other place. For starters the proximity to an international airport is sometimes overlooked - direct flights to SLC are growing each day, the ease of getting in and out of the area year round, the 4 distinct seasons, clean air, one of the most picturesque backdrops you could imagine are a few of our top lures.
In addition to the obvious reasons listed above, many owners have found comfort with having a reputable and reliable resource for caretaking and/or property management of their Sundance investment. If you aren't lucky enought to live here full-time, you want someone you know and trust to care for it while you are not here enjoying it. While some owners prefer to keep their cabins to themselves they still want someone to make sure everything is in working order. Others enjoy offsetting some of their expenses with the option of renting their homes through a professional onsight management company.
