We offer vacation mountain cabins large enough to sleep up to 16 or smaller cabins nestled together where each of the families can have their own private home along with gathering space large enough for everyone to get together.
Guests of all ages can indulge in our activities, which makes our mountainside the ideal place to host your next family reunion. Reconnect while hiking, biking (both mountain and road), fishing, horseback riding, skiing, snowshoeing or snowmobiling. Find quiet moments reading in a cozy nook, enjoying a massage in your cottage or laying in a hammock and doing nothing at all. Recap the highlights of the day over dinner prepared by our executive chef in the convenience of your own cabin or enjoy the cuisine from either of the restaurants at the Sundance Resort within a mile of your private cabin. Finish the evening with games, s’mores, star gazing or a full-moon lift ride during the summer months. With a little help from us, you’ll want to do it every year.
Too Many Seasons and Activities to Choose From
It’s hard to say what the best time of year is for a family reunion. True, most of what we see is in the middle of summer when kids are out of school and parents are arranging schedules with the other relatives. But winter is another alternative for a new tradition and memories that the kids will love and remember. If you can’t decide we recommend trying out both!
Family Summer Activities
We hope you are an active family and will relish in all the options we have for you. A family reunion in Sundance is not for the faint of heart. You will have to schedule short periods of time that you will want to stop and refuel in between hiking Mt. Timpanogos, fly fishing the Provo River, biking the Sundance Resort and horseback riding the Wasatch Mountains. Skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing, cross-country skiing, tubing, sledding and snowmobiling just to name a few of our favorites, all within minutes of our cabins rentals in Sundance, UT. Nature is the Answer
You’ll be amazed how children respond to our surroundings. From hiking, biking, exploring and just plane fun, your children shouldn’t be looking to “plug-in” with the amount of outdoor adventure we have waiting for them.
